Thoughts on the baby girl name "Ocea"?
I just saw it on Facebook and thought it was unique, but beautiful. I'm not pregnant or anything, just wondering what others thought of the name. I guess it would be pronounced "Oh-shee-uh".

The Occupational Safety & Healthy Administration is called OSHA. That looks like the pronunciation of the name Ocea. So no.
The name Ocean comes from Oceanus a male Greek Titan in mythology. To use the name for a female it's Oceana, Oceanne, Oceania or Oceane.

I can't recommend names that no one will know how to spell or pronounce. And it looks like a spelling error...ocean without the n. If you like it I would suggest spelling it differently like Oshaya.
