Why do democrats defend the government as thought it's the only thing keeping there heart beating.?

    Mostly, they hope that the government will take care of them. The rest of them hope the government will take care of the people they FEEL sorry for; sadly, though, those folks are out of luck, because the Democrats in power don't care about them at all.

    Because it is the only thing keeping their heart beating. Without social programs they would not have food and then no heartbeat.
