Government survey questions! Please help?

I have to ask people questions for my government homework. Can you please answer? It doesn't have to be very detailed one sentence for each question will be more than enough. Thank You

    Yes but I understood it when Bush did it because we had just been attacked resulting in nearly 3,000 deaths.

    The Constitution gives the president more authority in emergencies. I do not believe the president should be given more authority than the constitution gives him/her.

    Wilson, FDR, Nixon, Bush, and Obama have all overstepped their bounds. Parts of the New Deal were found to be unconstitutional. Nixon resigned rather than face impeachment. Bush sought legal authority from congress for the Patriot Act, etc. Obama seems to be usurping more and more authority by bypassing congress. He is actually worse than Nixon. Presidents seem to be pushing the limit and will go as far as congress, the courts, and the people will permit. Then each president will continue to take all the power they can unless they are real statesmen who respect our constitution and system of government. Without respect for the law, our government is out of control.
