Something is wrong with my Yahoo Answers pages. There is a strip across the top THAT COVERS UP PART OF THE PAGE?

Ever since I got the Purple Format back, the strip on the page that has on it : Rectangular Purple button that says "Search Answers" and the Rectangular Blue Button that says "Search Web" and the little Square with my Avatar in it and my real name to the right of it, and the Purple Envelope that says "Mail" to the right of it. and the purple Gear, is at the top of every question and answer page and IT COVERS UP MOST OF THE QUESTION SO I CAN'T READ IT.

It also is on everyone's "Answers Home" page, including my own.

This is clearly a bug and not part of the purple format. I've tried refreshing the page and that didn't do anything.

Help!

The first time I posted this, someone said it is supposed to be like this. IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO COVER UP PART OF THE PAGE SO I CAN'T SEE THE ANSWER. THANKS!!

Update:

I am not on a mobile device. I am on a very heavy imac sitting on a desk.

Update 2:

I cannot even see my own Avatar and just the bottom of the letters of my question. Fortunately, I can see the pencil.

I have nearly the same problem as you, except for the bar being stuck at the top on questions. Everywhere else (profiles, category lists, and so on), the bar is stuck at the top and covers up a portion of the content at the top, even when fully scrolled to the top. Also related to this seems to be a problem where I can only view the first 20 of any content, I don't even get the little spinning circle with Loading 21-40. This seems to have started for me when they were doing the changes to the thumb system, voting, and so on, so likely when they were doing some work there, it probably created problems elsewhere (as standard for them). If we give it several months, perhaps this might be fixed (though who knows what other problems that will cause in return).

Oh, just a suggestion, rather than choosing a bad answer like you did on the last version of this question, usually better to let it sit open and see if you get better answers. Plus, reporting non-answers like the one that you chose as best would help as well.

Hello friend wendalore, it may be due to some technical problem in your device. Better get the guidelines of a professional technician.
