i want to get out of the healthcare, help?

I signed up for healthcare but then realized I'd be paying 1200 a year. I don't have a job, I'm applying though,so I don't want to burn through my savings.

How do I get out? And what is the fine? I'm 18 and I think I signed up through my aunt.

You aren't the 1st, and won't be the last. Just don't pay the premiums. You will pay a $95 fine instead of the $1200.

You cannot be paying that much if you are unemployed. And you should still be able to be on your parents' policy. Call the (800) number on healthcare.gov and ask the person who answers how to proceed.

Asking here is silly and fruitless.

yeah, if you don't pay, you won't have insurance... but you will have to pay the fine...

when you get a job, I would advise you to sign up though...

If this a serious question, you can get subsidies to help you pay for the coverage.
