The BCM or BPM takes inputs from switches in the vehicle, then produces outputs to each motor, solenoid, actuator etc. A Body Processor/Control Module can have hundreds of functions, for the windows, doors, seats, locks, trunk access etc. It depends how many other modules the car has. ECM, TCM, BCM, door modules, seat modules, abs module, etc. I work on vehicles that frequently have 80+ modules.

Even though I wasn't able to keep up with Daniel I would say , just listen to him. Country Boy words his answers in a way that make them sound like he knows what he is talking about. Even had me wondering at first, until I noticed he either writes several words that says nothing or simply just makes up an answer. That is quite impressive Daniel.

The dealer of the car is best equipped to answer your question. The trouble with today's cars is one module can effect another module!
