What is 'casual office wear'?

I'm going on work experience for university next week to a lifestyle magazine.

I asked the editor what I should wear and he said 'casual office wear'.

What exactly is casual office wear? They seem to contradict each other to me! I'm a 21-year-old female so I was hoping you guys could give me some examples of what you think he means.

    Wear either a pressed blouse or lightweight sweater and a kneelength skirt or pressed slacks.
