HISTORY II TEST coming. HELP!!!?

I have looked EVERYWHERE in this darn book someone please take the time out to help me!!

Out of 40 questions I could not find these 6 NO WHERE not even in our notes. Sad thing is they are the only 6 on the test that aren't multiple choice. I am so stressed. Please help.
