Why did God create 100-500 billion galaxies...?
Each with 100 billion or so stars if all he cared about was one planet orbiting one star? It seems silly to me to think that Earth is the center of the Universe when there has to be thousands of planets with intelligent life like ours(though we'd probably never find each other)
Also why do we deserve eternal torture in Hell simply for not being perfect.

To your first question, I can only say that it seems likely God cares about more than the one planet. I think he cares about all of his creation, and can't see any reason anyone would think otherwise.
As to your second question, I don't subscribe to the "eternal torture in Hell" notion in any case. But the real question is: What makes you think we "deserve" anything at all, good or bad?
I find it reasonable to choose to believe in a creator God, though I freely admit I cannot prove it. (If I could, it would be a fact, not a belief.) But I find it very hard to believe in the notion that such a creator owes us anything, which is the essence of a notion that we "deserve" anything.

Yes that would be silly ... so, who thinks that the Earth is the center of the universe?
Hell is not for the imperfect, or all human beings would end up there. It is a place where those who have rejected God, who want nothing to do with God, who despise God, can live as they have freely chosen to live - in the absolute absence of God, and therefore of everything godly or good.

Believe it or not, a study done in Quantum Physics (the double slit experiment) shows that matter only exists because of consciousness. If you hold an electron in your hand, you could see its finite size (with a pwoerful microscope obviously), but when you are not consciously measuring its existence in space and time, it has the potential to be anywhere and everywhere. It only takes the form of matter when it is being consciously observed.
This means that all the matter in the universe exists only to satisfy the need of the conscious observer. Without consciousness, galaxies wouldn't exist in a physical sense. Every tiny particle that makes up every gigantic galaxy would be its own infinite wave of potentiality.
My answer is that God did not create the matter in the universe. God created consciousness, or is consciousness and consciousness created the ILLUSION of the physical universe, so our conscious awareness would have something to be consciously aware of.

Everything exists for the glory of God. Colossians 1:16"For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:" “I will say to the north, Give up,
and to the south, Do not withhold;
bring my sons from afar
and my daughters from the end of the earth,
everyone who is called by my name,
whom I created for my glory,
whom I formed and made.”

To declare his glory; the glory of God. That's what I have for now. Maybe after he will teach me more. I hope he does.
Psalm 19
1 The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
2 Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge.
3 They have no speech, they use no words;
no sound is heard from them.
4 Yet their voice[b] goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.
