Why did someone just lie and say Soros has more money than a thousand Koch brothers, when he doesn't even have as much as one Koch brother?

You forgot the 10 billion he got from Obama with the Brazil oil deal.

I'm the one who said that and I stand by my facts. I've studied up on George Soros for some time now and he's one evil man and in the top 5 richest. And there are two sets of Koch brothers, both who are in the news all the time, I'm thinking you don't even know which ones it is you are referring to! Don't accuse me of lying just to build yourself up on this sight little man.

When someone mention's the Koch brothers spending huge amounts, they fallback on Glen Beck's boogeyman Soros, despite the Koch brothers out spending George Soros.

Their personal wealth is merely two and a half times Soros wealth, their company holdings are vastly more..

The real difference is that while Democrats still talk about limiting the ability to purchase influence, Republicans haven't done this since the McCain–Feingold Act was blocked.

I'll also point out there is a third Koch brother who has provided over half of the funds for a group which has been blocking a wind farm for years, which no Republican will acknowledge, as they prefer to paint this group as being run by Kennedys. They prefer the NIMBY myth to admitting the money for this legal fight is coming out of yet another oil man's pockets.
