How to bleach bath my hair?

My roots are obviously darker, my natural hair colour is kicking in :/
I wanted to go even blonder (I want to dye my hair lilac soon), but I want to do it the healthier way possible.
I heard about bleach baths and I've watched some videos on YouTube and I know you need bleach, shampoo and conditioner, right??
Well, the bleach I have is BBlonde Powder Bleach and BBlonde Peroxide 40 Vol.
How much powder and peroxide I have to mix together? And how much shampoo and conditioner?
For how long do I have to keep it in? And what tonality of blonde will I achieve?

I would not use 40 vol for a shampoo cap. Usually it's a scoop of powder to 1oz of developer and 1 to 2 ounces of shampoo. Seriously though 40 vol will likely burn your scalp. And its no healthier than going to a salon to have it professionals done. If you want lilac you need to get it to the palest yellow possible and I doubt a shampoo cap will do it
