How to Install antenna of globe wimax modem?

Hi, I have globe wimax modem, its connected antenna is broken"

Fell down to the ground from 30ft. high because of its weak foundation"

I bought new Antenna, How to install it?, how to placed it correctly?how to know its perfect line of sight to gain high signal....?

Please Help....
