Starvation + drinking lots of water + working out?
I'm at the point where working out seems like it's just not doing anything for me anymore... Can I lose a good amount of weight from doing those three things? Starve myself + drinking a lot of water + and exercise everyday?

No, your body will go onto survival mode and you don't want that to happen. Eating healthy is the key. You can literally eat all day but healthy such as veggies, greens. For protein chicken, fish, lamb, beef, rice and bean and quinoa are a full protein, a few pieces of fruit early in the day.
STOP EATING:
Processed carbohydrates
Bread, grains, pasta, soda, chips, corn, rice, muffins, cereal,whole wheat, beans, peanuts, peas, soy, IF YOU WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT**
EAT MORE: these veggies burn fats faster
Bok choi, broccoli, Brussels sprouts Cabbage, Cauliflower, Kale
**YOU NEED TO FEED YOUR BODY BUT THE APPROPRIATE FOODS NOT STARVE IT.

Cutting out food is never a good idea. It's unhealthy, first of all. Second of all, it will really destroy your metabolism.
