A 1999 Murray rider, how do you take off the air filter housing to clean the carb?

Mower running rough, can't get to the carburetor to clean or adjust it.

Any help here?

Update:

It's a 1999 Murray with a 10 hp Tecumseh under the seat. I have the filter off but the carburetor is beneath the air filter housing and I can't see a way to take the housing off.

    I think on some murrays, you remove the hood and grill.

    I think you should convert your porshe to RWD
