    I confess your question does not make much sense.

    The promise from God is for the entire Earth to become a paradise just as the Garden of Eden was once.

    If you are talking about the fountains and rivers of water in Revelation, these are not literal water, but mean spiritual Truths and information. So abundant that they are overflowing.
