I've had a -800 calorie deficit this week?

I've eaten very healthily this week (all fruits, grains, gluten free, lots of veggies, only good fats, etc.)

I haven't exercised a wink to my disappointment but plan to start friday (been busy after class)

Anyhow, could I expect to lose anything by continuing like this?

Deficit eating gets you only so far. That is yo-yo dieting.

Start with a healthy diet that works with your body to engage the fat burning process. Create a healthy well balanced diet of fats, proteins, and low to moderate carbohydrates featuring fresh foods. Minimize or avoid sugar laden low-fat products, processed foods, and sugary treats and beverages.

Just taking all wheat products and sugar from your diet will get you burning fat.
