can someone give me a quick 12 rep workout for increasing vertical leap using machines at a gym.

if you want to increase your vertical then do explosive squats or jumps. you dont need to go to the gym for that. But excercises that can help would be heavy squats, calf raises, heavy deadlifts, and some hamstring curls.

1. u wont get any explosive strenght By doing 12 reps
2. vertical is a fuctional move so using useless crap like machines with fixed patter wont't make ur vertical better
3. free weight squats are the best, heavy weights and fast reps
