Was it spam?
I know y'all are going to judge me but before you do, read all of what I have to say.
My dad was on a porn site and clicked something he shouldn't have. It was a link to owe money for the website called ICE. It's a website for people who committed a crime, such as watching porn I guess. So I need your help. Was it spam or something real? He has only 48 hours or less to pay this fine of $300 USD. So that's the reason I'm asking this now and hope to get a response as soon as possible. Thank you so much!!!

It's spam and a scam. If he pays, he'll get ripped off and will be given more free viruses on his computer.
Scan your computer with MalwareBytes by downloading it from the official website and perform a quick scan. Also, do a scan with adwcleaner to make sure it hasn't hijacked your browser and clean all the checked files.
Don't listen to those phony scams and tell your dad to get off porn sites.

It's fake, don't worry. If it was real there would be legal documents coming to you in the mail, they will never ask you to pay fines online without legal documents.
