It's an interesting question/point while im sure they drew upon the almost humourous litigation big tech companies seem to get into im sure IMHO there is more to the story than Apple V android
besides i personally don't choose apple to the be B-All and End All looks great but they arnt always they best
I'm sure a trumped up Android fan boy could make the same argument in androids favor

For me personally I tried both of them. Apple seems to be more solid, resilient and user friendly while android is more fun and versatile and is a good choice for geeks since it is more tweakble
