Is omnipotence inherently flawed?
God cannot make a question so hard that He cannot solve it. Because He's omnipotent. He can solve any question. So therefore he can't make a question that's impossible for him to solve.

Omnipotence is a religious concept not a scientific one.
The stories in the bible are exempt from flaws because they use a literary device called a "frame story." Atheists call it circular logic or circular reasoning, but it is essentially a story that is deemed true because the story says it is true (self-affirming). There is no way to disprove such a claim, aka, Russell's Teapot.
