6-pack diet question?
So I just started trying to get a six pack.
All I eat is eggs(3-5 daily), chicken, veggies(3-4 daily), fruit(3-4 daily), and nuts. I drink pretty much only water. Maybe a glass or two of milk a day.
I also workout 3 times a week.
How could I improve my diet?

From personal experience along with facts, what I've learned and hope to share is that, those foods are all good sources of protein, and when it comes to building muscles, not only do you have to target specific muscle groups in workouts, but also eat and maintain a certain number of calories and proteins, as well as the healthy fats, and carbs, all of which can be explained and understood in the link I will post.
