Is it impossible for me to get back into my YouTube account?

This is going to sound lengthy and nonsensical, but please bare with me. I have recently discovered that my YouTube account has been hacked. I have tried to go through my secondary yahoo account to re-set my YouTube password, but my "secondary" yahoo account has been deactivated. I had just recently logged on to it too, so i don't know why it has been taken away. I have broken any rules that i know of. I have literally tried everything else for the past seven days and accomplished nothing. And my last hope is that I get a real, intelligent answer from a human and not a computer.
