Gaming PC not performing as expected?
Okay, so here is my setup.
My graphics card is the R9 290x.
I get about 60 fps in BF4 on ultra, WITH mantle enabled. I lag in Arma 3 with most settings on max, but some on med/low, I also sometimes lag in Titanfall with max settings. A computer like this should perform better, shouldn't it? Does anyone have any tips, or ideas on how to optimize my pc? Thanks!

Arma 3 needs a cpu more than a gpu so I will conclude that your cpu is too weak to handle the R9 290x try upgrading your cpu
