What fist do you use? A more conventional fist or a traditional energy fist?

    Dude. Clinch your fist. Put your thumb on the outside. Hit with the first two knuckles. Thats a fist.

    NO such thing as a traditional energy fist. There are different hand positions, such as the palm heels, shutos, hammerfists, wrist, tiger claw, tiger mouth, eye strikes, thumbknuckles, ridgehands, that pretty much sums them up. There are more handstrikes, such as backfists with a first or spearhands in the shutos.

    depends upon my mood. i dont fully clinch my fist any more. i either just fold back all my fingers or just clinch the last three. so its my hand is more relaxed when striking. your hand should be relaxed while striking. not tense

    and i have no idea what an energy fist is.

    So they thing if you should know martial arts should never be practice if uncles are trying to make you sleep with prostitute like women its just a waste they want you to end in solitary confinement called San Quentin or Guantanmoout Grep.

    if you are talking about fist, then I use one based on clinical anatomy. There are many other hand techniques I use but for fist check out these articles
