9 AnswersMartial Arts7 years agoReality-based training ideas?

3 AnswersMartial Arts7 years agoBest way to generate power?
What is the best way to generate power? Is it hand/hip stop at the same time? Hand stops first and hip pushes through after? Or hip stops first? Is it better to leave your back heel (say your in a front stance) on the ground or do you pick it up? Do you use the same method of generating power for all strikes and counters or do you do something different for each one?
