A TV show with a good attention grabber.
Grey's Anatomy started with the main character that had a one night stand with a man who was apparently her boss's boss.
Scandal was a show with Kerry Washington kissing the freaking President of the United States on the first episode.
So something that isn't too teenish. Something that is hot yet soothing.
Just some really addicting TV shows that I could waste my time on.

The Shield (without spoiling, it has one of the best attention grabbing pilot episodes of all time)
24 (all around fantastic series (except for his daughter) that you can find.
House (the later seasons kinda disappoint, but the first few are great).
Battlestar Gallactica
Stargate SG1 (many people don't like it, but it is a really good show)
Lost (gets confusing at times but still excellent)

Once Upon a Time is alright.
Arrow is good.
