Calculating pH?

If the concentration of Ca(OH)2 is 4.00 x 10^-3, calculate the pH

So... I wrote down the formula

Ca(OH)2 --> Ca + 2(OH)

Since the concentration of Ca(OH)2 is 4.00 x 10^-3 I think the concentration of OH would be double that? So 8.00 x 10^-3?

So, then I calculated the pOH

-log(8.00x10^-3) = 2.10 and then pH = 11.9

Is this correct?
