Japanese translation help needed?

運転手もとくに 熱心に その音楽に耳を澄ませているおうに は見えなかった.

From what i can figure out this means:

The Driver also particular enthusiam the music can carefully be listening is not seen.

Of course that doesnt make sense but i cant figure out how else to put it together. I am most confused about the "ni" after "nesshin" , the meaning of "youni" and last the purpore of "mieru" (What does seeing have to anything here).

    運転手も特に熱心にその音楽に耳を澄ませている*よ*うには見えなかった。

    (お-->よ)

    運転手も the driver either; as for the driver

    特に熱心に particularly enthusiastically

    その音楽に耳を澄ませている is listening to that music

    ように like; to be

    は (binding/focus particle)

    見えなかった didn't seem

    cf. verb+ているように見える = it looks like (subject) is doing... / (subject) seems to be doing...

    So it's like:

    "It didn't seem like the driver was listening to that music particularly enthusiastically, either."

    "It looked to me like the driver wasn't really interested in the music."

    Hope this helps :)
