Do you have to take the whole drivers license test over when you are 18?

when you turn 18 you are supposed to get a new license, but do you have to take the whole test over again? I also live in Missouri if that makes a difference.

    no

if you have a provisional (minor's) license the day you turn 18 it became a normal license, you don't have to do anything.

you'll have to renew it as normal though, that doesn't change whether it's provisional or a regular DL.

the DMV will send you the paperwork a few months in advance when you need to file renewal.

If you've already done the test, typically you just go and get a new license whenever you need it renewed. Once you're an "adult", you'll just have an "adult license" instead of a special "underage" one. To make sure of your state's specific regulations, call and ask ahead of time.
