It's old and icky I know but I don't want to pay for a new computer. Is there any way I can upgrade it for relatively cheap (less than $100)?
The power supply and graphics card are horrible, and the graphics card is integrated. D;

get a cheap 350 Watt power supply (make sure it says ATX) then get a AMD RADEON grahics card, there are a bunch of different selections to choose from so get one that suits your price. you want the RADEON because your processor is by the same company so it will be more compatible and AMD is known to give you more bang for your buck
