How many times a week is it okay to have a cheat snack?
I'm an athlete so I burn a ton of calories playing basketball and golf as well as lifting and cardio workouts. I eat clean but usually after and long round of golf I crave a little junk food. For me it's a small bag of Cheetos and a soda. I'm wondering how many times a week this is okay. I golf four times a week so if I could have it every time after golfing that would be spectacular

That's up to you...if it's not negatively affecting your weight, and you eat healthy the reast of the time, then it's not horrid...there's no nutritional value in it at all, but you sound active enough for it not to be an issue for your health at this point...
