I need a present for a 19 yr old chinese girl?

I need a present for a 19 yr old chinese girl and for her father

I am an elder English lady I am going to china in the near future and will be visiting an ex colleague of mine who worked in the uk a few years back. I want to take each member of the family a present. Something English would be nice, but I have no idea what to take the daughter or the husband. Any ideas please. If your young and Chinese what would you like?

    make-ups or snacks i think will be ok.

    A 19 years old girl has began to pay some attention on dressing. Buying some clothes or make-ups which is popular during young people.Ask her something about her favorite sign.
