Can you have cheat snacks multiple times a week as long as you're under your calories limit?

I'm a 19 year old athlete. To sum it up, on days that I don't train, I try to stick to 2000 calories, so I don't snack at all and just stick to my clean diet of properly proportioned carbs, protein and veggies, and eat every 3 hours for a total of about 1800 calories(which is my BMR). However, I train more days than not, and I burn anywhere from 800-2000 calories on training days depending on the type, it's usually 800 twice a week and 1600-2000 twice a week as well. On these days I like to eat clean as I normally do if I don't train, but I also like to use this extra calorie deficit to have some of my cheat foods, while still consuming considerably less than the amount I burnt off that day. For example, I like to have a small bag of chips and a soda, or just get a frapuccino at starbucks, something along those lines but nothing crazy. I'm wondering if this is okay to do? I know it's junk food and it's not good for you yadda yadda, but the bottom line is I crave it. So I'm wondering if it is okay to consume my cheat snacks on days that I train ONLY, just to keep me from going insane as well as getting a solid amount of calories for that day, while eating completely clean for every other meal on those days as well as eating only clean meals on days that I don't train.

I think a little bit is fine as long as you can stop yourself so it doesn't turn into a binge or anything crazy and as long as you get all your necessary vitamins from what else you eat.
