What is high school springball practice for football like?
It's for 2 hours, so Is it the same as freshman year regular practice? Is conditioning easier or harder (for sophomores) what is the practice schedule usually like? More info?

it going to be a little harder but most of the same thing as freshman do except they expect more out of you

If the team is mostly Muslim then what is the problem? There are 7th day Adventist schools that we have changed the basketball schedule for so that they could play games. Are the parents on the team complaining? Is the school complaining? Probably not because it is cooler to practice at night than having to practice in the heat of the day.

Practice is different at every school... Depends upon what the coach feels the team will need the most work on.... I would talk to a coach or a current player on varsity that has experienced a spring practice or two... Good luck.......
