Will all my team mates hate me for not being athletic? Any advice? Note. I am working to be faster and stronger. Also I can't do football summer workouts because I don't know what city/county I'm going to be in...

I'm 4"11 an weigh about 104 Ibs this is my first time playing football. My 1st game is later on this week and I am scared to death about getting "killed" by the (6 foot tall, 150 Ibs) players on the other team. 2 months of school left and my principle had a "talk" with me. he said that i should try to do my very best in these last 2 quarters and they'll decide by the end of the year wether or not i will pass! what does this mean? im doing okay, i have an average of C+ in school right now. i think i can make all of them a B+ and ONE C- but i need help.

my dad is pretty pissed at me right now because of bad school grades. (like C's and ONE D+) plus its the last quarter so he's making me study EVEN ON WEEKENDS. but.. my friend wants to come over on friday for a sleepover because his mom and sis are leaving for 3 days so he'd be left alone with his father. he wants to sleep over at my house because his weekend would be a tottal bust. BUT i need to convince my dad to let 'im over otherwise.... :p
