Just sit down & talk with them about anything & let them ramble on about how it was back in the good old days!!! Actually, you don't even have to talk with them...just be sure to LISTEN to them & you'll be surprised how much they are trying to tell you!!! Things that my Gramps used to say that bored me to tears are now some of my fondest memories since he died!!! I now realize what a smart old man he was!!!

I live with my 82 and 84 year old grandparents and I find just spending time with them teaches me a lot about life. I watch their habits and listen to their perspectives. In a lot of ways I take good things away from their wisdom but I find a lot of things that are lessons to try to not be like them.
