Is there a system I can use to keep up with eating well?

Obviously in order to lose weight and be healthy I would need to have self discipline. I have been able to keep up with eating well, but not for long. Is there a system I can use such as money in the jar that is effective?

No you don't. You just have to make better choices. You can eat all the tacos and burgers and pies you want if you make them with healthy stuff at home. I hate that we have to say "healthy" food because in all reality, it's just food. But it has to be differentiated to compare with fake food like hot pockets and moon pie and frozen corn dogs. I work in a store and my job there is to recognize the patterns (for business purposes) you are what you eat is my conclusion (in personal observation).

Use Susan Powder's idea from the 80s, if you can't kill it or destroy it, don't eat it. I don't know where there is a Twinkies bush and I haven't encountered a wild TV dinner; but I have picked some tomatoes and I have been chased by pigs and cows.
