Can I get admission to M. Tech. in CSE in any government engineering college with gate score 289 in CS? I am an SC student.?

My gate 2014 result is as follows:
Normalized Marks :20.51
All India Rank (AIR) :20716
GATE Score :289
Examination Paper :CS
I am an SC candidate.
Qualifying Marks in SC category is 16.67
Is there any chance to get admission into any government engineering college? Can I get a seat in Jadavpur University, Kalyani Government Engineering College, BESU or WBUT. I am from West Bengal.
Should I apply in CCMT for NITs.
Please help me. Thanks in advance.

yes u can take admission in M.tech....and in fact you have the chances to go in the universities where scholarships are offered on the base of the marks that you have got and as respond to that i have the list of 5 best colleges for m.tech , where u r so much eligible and u can get admission there..and i think LPU (India's largest university) has the positive point to take admission there is that it has the scholarship plan for what u have got in graduation and also in 12th..which will be greater will be available for scholarship...the top institutes names are
