What Documents required for Entry or Long term visa for a philippines girl as she married an Indian?
Philippines girl married an Indian and got Registred Marriage certificate from India.She went to Philippines and wish to apply long term visa like Entry(X) Visa and what documents required exactly as lots of confusion like she need NSO Certificate,and Marriage certificate should be authenticated&attested of MEA,Embassy in India and takes long time and in her country also there is no claity and saying take 4-6months to process. Is it correct as Embassy,BLS not giving proper answers. And Can she come to India quickly? Does she need to include my name in her passport?I already included her name in my Indian passport. How long it will take for her to come to india? will they give Visa easily? Does she need to go NSO,Indian Embassy,etc in Philippines or marriage certificate is enough? Kindly help us as no one able to give correct answer like FRRO,Embassies,MEA,MHA.
