My PC gets really slow after a minute from Start up?

Windows 7 here, everything was just brilliant, but since it suddenly happened,my PC almost freezes after a minute or so from start up.This allows me only 60 secs to run anything, once over,Computer doesn't respond even if I had started a cleaner or error checking as soon as possible.

I use it for downloading a lot,it spent many hours with the system on,but never full days though, then I usually kept it off for a couple of days.

Also how do I know if this is a virus?

Next time you start it, use those 60 seconds to get a task manager up and running with the processes tab open, sorted on CPU usage. That might help you find which process is seizing control of your system.

Did you activate windows before this happened? If not, then windows will shut down after ~60 seconds. Otherwise you may have a viral infection on your PC.

    1. Try system defragment - Right click on disk C/Properties/Tools/Defragment now

2.Check your Disk space if it's blue or red (if it red so try to delete things that you don't need)

    3.Uninstall softwares that you don't using (Start/Control Panel/Programs/Uninstall a program)

    4. Download AVG anti virus if you want for free (Never download without Anti-Virus)

    5. Try Run CCleaner

    6. Try system restore

7.Check your processes and physical memory/CPU usage (Right click on task bar/Start task manager) Physical memory usage ??%,

if there is more than 90% so check your processes.

    8. If nothing didn't help so format your computer.

    Hope it helped :)
