Which of these laptops should I get?

I am debating on which laptop should I get. I need something that can handle Photoshop and MS Office easily. I also want it to handle most of the older games like GTA SA, CS Source, NFS MW 2013, and especially Minecraft. And which of these do you think has better build quality and would last longer? I also would want the one WHICH HAS BETTER PERFORMANCE and mostly lag free.

QUICK LIST OF WHAT I'LL BE DOING WITH IT:

1. Surf the net (FB, Twitter, YT)

2. Watch movies

3. Play some games

4. Do some FL Studio, VirtualDJ, Video Editing

The Asus has the trusted and tested Core i3+Radeon HD 8530M and the Toshiba has the A8+Radeon HD 8500
