Help on Economics Project ?

I have a project for my economics final which is at the end of May.

The project is that we have to create a business idea.We have to..

Chose an Industry

-problems or need in the industry

-how could you use new technology in a different way

-how could you improve the way a good is made or a service is delivered

-how could you identify a new costumer marker or better satisfy a current market

-how might you respond to key trends or issues in this industry

Decide on an Option

-develop a new good

-provide a new service

-improve or adapt an existing good

-improve or adapt an existing service

-satisfy a new costumer market

-create something of your own

10 ways to know if you've got a great business idea

-will people pay for it ?

-does it solve a problem?

-is it unique?

-is it hard to duplicate?

-does it win recognition?

-can it last?

-whats its price point?

-is it scalable ?

-does it gain cyber - traction ?

-will vendors be interested?

Can you guys at least just give me some idea's on what to come up with? because I'm stuck I have no clue. I honestly appreciate it :)

Here's one we're studying right now - a colaboration between a nationwide supplier of healthcare products and a national healthcare organization to build and place private inventory warehouses closer to the organization's key locations for use only by the organization. This effort is designed to reduce product costs, shipping cost and arrival times. The supplier would also be able to off set the cost of building such warehouses through partial funding by the organization. The organization would be able to reduce their product arrival time, thus allowing them to maintain a lower onsite inventory, would minimize shipping costs and have assurances that needed items are readily available (predictability).
