You have 60 days to notify your bank about the fraud. Then it becomes their problem to go after the party in question. You should get a total refund or less $50.00 you might have to pay

Inform your credit card company. They have the resources to do this much more easily than you do.

Any fraudulent activity on your credit card is the responsibility of the card company. As long as the fraud is reported & known about you just sit back & wait for your money to be refunded.

Talk to your bank and get the account closed.
They will do an investigation.
They won't tell you what they find.
