NOT TRUE.....The "United States" does not have unlimited detentions....that is why the detainees are held in Cuba and not America....if held here they would have Constitutional rights..... including habeas corpus
BY international treaty the detainees could have been LEGALLY execute on the battlefield..... many of them live better now than before their capture....
BTW why does President Obama not just release all of them and close GITMO.... because to do so would mean most of them would be executed by their own people.....and no one else wants them.....
Have to give Obama and Holder credit ....their corruption of the battlefield has meant no more detainees....of course it has turned our POW program into a farce where the terrorist you capture today.....will be freed next week and will possibly kill you the following week.... those policies have demoralized the military , gotten Americans killed and destroyed military careers
Remove the United States and you have a fairly complete list
