Swollen epididymis?
i have a swollen epididymis over my left testicle and i am really worried, when i sit down i can't feel it but when i stand up i can, the whole spaghetti area is much bigger than the right one. please help!

You most likely have epididymitis which can be cause by an infection. Go to your doctor or urologist for some anitbiotics to clear it up. I wouldnt hold off on it because if this is only a recent occurrence it might get a lot more complicated and require more than pills. If youve had this for a long time and it has not changed then that might just be the norm for you.
