    I ve been smoking 1-3 smokes 5 days a week for about 3-5 months and now I haven t smoked for about 3 weeks but I feel that my breathing has gotten heavy and it s harder than before to breathe in. Could it be some allergy or something else? Should I be worried?

  • How do i get more lean overall muscle mass?

    Hey,

    Have been looking all over the internet but can't understand if cardio and weight training will result positive as an ectomorph, I feel that I have gotten a base body from working for about a year, looks allright from some angles but from others i look pretty unleac, from example my back and waist. I try to eat healthy as often i can and maintain good workouts, sleep is all good too. The thing is though that my results is pretty sticky, hard to gain in other words and hard to gain like overall since i've got a strange body imo. I take protein powder after each workout. Anyways i need good suggestions for gaining more lean overall muscles. Thinking about cutting down my workouts to the push/pull/legs routine (3 days weight lifting) and some cardio from martial arts. Currently working out 4-5d a week and as mentioned above, not getting the right musle at the right places.

  • Best time to eat in conjunction with gym?

    gym 5 times a week, i ve heard u need protein and right amount of carbs within an hour after exercise and i ve heard that that doesn t matter. that you eat good within 24 hours. also a silly question, i take time to eat cuz it s so tough to eat when not rlly hungry, like i eat for 40 minutes or more, is this a bad idea? i mean the 1 hour rule gets broken.

    Hey,

    I ve been working out for some time now and have a good basic form, I ve been doing strength training and no cardio. I want to get visible abs and a more toned body. Right now i work out 2-3 times a week strength training but I ve decided to lay down bulking and go for toning and getting ripped instead. If any of you have a good guide for this or explain how it works that d be great.     I hit my gym 3 times a week each time for 1 and a half hour, should i add swimming? would 2 times be good? i have a normal body, i'm not fat or small.   • Combine swimming with gym to get more muscular?

    I am 16 and weigh 70 kg, my goal is to get bigger and ripped. I hit my gym 3 times a week full body workouts 1 and a half hour per time, my question is, should i squeeze in swimming in my schedule? If so, how much? Also I drink protein powder shakes, would that be good to drink after each swim? thank u very much i haven't found any good information.
