What happens if you just eat healthy and do not work out?

Will it make me lean, will I gain any muscle? Will eating healthy and alot (almost bulk) and just working out twice a week make any difference?

You won't gain any muscles but you may see more muscle definition if you consume the right amount of calories as your body fat percentage decreases.

Yes, eating lots of calories and working out will make a difference. You should be able to build muscle doing that.
