I got my ps3 three years ago but my moms ex Fiancé set up the account using his email and own password I want to change it but I don't know the password because he never told me and still won't. The only reason I can get into is because I have it on auto log in is there anyway I can change the password and email (I'm doing this through a different ps3).

No, not without verifying the age on the account and access to their E-mail account. Even if you contacted Sony, they would need to verify the details of the account and send the password reset to that E-mail.
