Why did "god" create animals? For what purpose? He made them first.. why?
He supposedly made them.. All they do is hump each other and eat each other.. They don't serve any other purpose.. Why not just make humans and a planet full of fruit?
@ bird.. If all animals were meant to be vegetarians then why have sharp fangs, talons, claws, and digestive juice specifically for meat?
@ Joseph.. I dunno.. People get much more joy I think from human interaction and our own inventions.. we kinda separated our selfs from animals.. caged them up, took their land or try to ignore them most of the time. Maybe cat and dog or fish.. But so many we don't ever think about cuz we don't care.
@ your world.. Not true.. We enjoy a few animals at play.. we enjoy watching the rest eat each other and suffer on the tv box. No one would care if a random insect species which lives in the jungle went extinct.
@ God Squad.. If he made them to serve us .. why not teach us how to build advanced robots which would make much better servants? I mean I don't think that's too much to ask from someone with unlimited wisdom of the cosmos.. We coulda had space ships and clean living instead of dying of plagues from the dead animals and germs and bacteria..

In that myth, the god of the Bible saves the best for last. God set up everything in order for his favorite play toys (humans) to thrive. Humans the only creatures (in this myth) intelligent enough for God to enjoy tempting and teasing, yet gullible enough to come back for more of the same, even to the point of some of them wanting to worship at his feet forever and ever!

I do not know if you like animals or not but, animals are beautiful creatures. They may not seem to us but, they are extremely detailed and smart. Although they don't have the ability to reason like us humans, they are very intelligent and actually show us a lot about our Creator. The Bible says in Romans 1:20 " For his invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made,+ even his eternal power+ and Godship,+ so that they are inexcusable". We see God's love, intelligence, and power in his creation, especially in the animals.

God created all things for his purpose his reason. Do not animals bring joy into the lives of people .
