Partial Fraction of (-s^2+10s-13)/(s^2*(s-3))?

    -s^2 +10s -13 = A(s)(s-3) + B(s-3) + Cs^2

    A+C=-1

    -3A +B = 10

    -3B = -13

    B=13/3, A =-17/9, C= 8/9

    ===> (-17/9)*(1/s) + (13/3) *(1/s^2) + (8/9) *(1/(s-3))

    Whick looks to have laplace inverse of:

    -17/9 + (13/3) x + (8/9) e^(3x)

    But you didn't ask for that...

    (-s^2+10s-13)/(s^2*(s-3)) = a/s + b/s^2 + c/(s-3) , find a , b , c
